About me

I'm Samanta de la Rosa Batllori.

A Mexican freelance artist who specializes in comics, illustrations, and 2D animation.

During the last few years I've worked on various comic projects as an artist, most of them with physical releases and, in the case of INFECTION issue 2, recognition as nominees in the "Best Indie Comic" section of the ComicScene awards.

I’ve also got a formation as a generalist on both 2D and 3D forms of art. This mix of skills helps me be flexible with both my art and the ways I go about it, be it doing vastly different styles for different stories or finding creative ways to tell stories mixing the two types of media.

This formation and experience with comics and various skillsets has allowed me to take off my solo career with my own projects, the first of which being my graphic novel “Dead on Arrival”, but that’s only the beginning, as I’ve got 2 more comic projects and an animation project in the works.
